Ingredients:
1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup brownie pieces, roughly chopped
1/2 cup chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white—your choice)
1 tablespoon butter (optional, for brushing)
Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a thin
circle or rectangle (depending on your barbecue size). Aim for
about 10-12 inches wide.
If desired, brush the top of the dough with melted butter for
extra flavour and to encourage a golden crust.
Preheat the Barbecue:
Heat your barbecue to medium-high heat. If using a gas grill, set it
up for indirect cooking by turning off one burner. If using a
charcoal grill, arrange the coals to one side.
Place a pizza stone or heatproof baking tray on the grill grates to
preheat for a few minutes.
Cook the Base:
Carefully lay the pizza dough on the preheated stone or tray. Close the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom starts to crisp and bubbles form on the surface.
Add the Sweet Toppings:
Flip the dough over carefully using tongs or a spatula.Sprinkle the mini marshmallows, brownie pieces, and chocolate chips evenly over the cooked side of the dough.
Close the lid and let the pizza cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the chocolate melts and the marshmallows are golden and gooey.
Serve:
Remove the pizza from the barbecue using a large spatula or pizza peel.
Let it cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar if desired.
Slice and serve warm. Enjoy your sweet treat!
